A Concept in Development

A new kind of indoor golf destination, built around the complete player experience.

Le Caddie is a modern indoor golf practice centre concept designed to bring every part of the game together under one roof. From ball-tracked hitting bays and short-game training to practice greens, simulators, professional services and comfortable social spaces, the vision is to create a year-round destination where golfers can improve, play and connect.

Important: Le Caddie is currently in the concept and feasibility stage. No construction or official opening is underway at this time. Le Caddie is an independent project and is not affiliated with any other business or organization using a similar name. Some visitors may recognize the name or elements of the concept from an earlier market study and a previous version of the project that was presented several years ago before being placed on hold during the pandemic.
The Le Caddie Experience

Why Le Caddie?

The goal is simple: create one modern destination where golfers can train more effectively, access specialized services and enjoy the game in a welcoming social environment.

Play and Practise All Year

A climate-controlled indoor setting where golfers can keep playing, training and improving through every season.

Develop Every Part of Your Game

Work on distance, accuracy, approach shots, bunker play, putting and course strategy without travelling between multiple facilities.

Train with Better Feedback

Ball-tracking technology would provide meaningful shot data, helping golfers understand their tendencies, measure progress and practise with purpose.

Learn at Your Own Pace

Private lessons, group instruction, junior programs, camps and introductory activities would make the game more accessible to golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Find the Right Equipment

An independent specialty golf shop would offer equipment, apparel and accessories, along with custom fitting performed directly within the facility.

Enjoy Golf Beyond the Swing

Le Caddie is also envisioned as a place to meet friends, spend time with family, host a group or simply relax in a lively golf-focused atmosphere.

Bringing the Concept to Life

Project Vision

A detailed 3D model is currently being developed in SketchUp and Twinmotion to refine the layout, validate the customer journey and communicate the concept more clearly. Until that model is complete, the images below help illustrate the intended atmosphere, scale and style.

These AI-generated images are visual references, not final architectural plans. Dimensions, layouts, equipment and finishes may change as the project evolves. They will gradually be replaced by official 3D renderings as development progresses.

Where the Project Stands Today

Transparency is important. Le Caddie remains a concept under active development and feasibility analysis; it is not yet an operating business or a facility open to the public.

Collect feedback and expressions of interest from golfers, partners, property owners and potential investors.
